Will created and led the User Experience group at GTECH. While there, he led the redesign of GTECH’s industry leading lottery services applications. Today, these applications are used to run lotteries across the United States and Europe. Will was a Lead Information Architect at group at Walmart.com, focusing on Digital Music, Photos and Videos. While at Walmart, Will led the induction of AJAX into the site, yielding a significant improvement in conversion and average order size.
