About: Carla Diana is a creative professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in design and engineering. Her work focuses on the blending of physical and digital experiences in projects ranging from product design to immersive environments. She holds an MFA in Design from Cranbrook Academy of Art and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the Cooper Union. She is a founder of the recently formed studio spank design.

Carla has taught design at several institutions including Parsons School of Design, Savannah College of Art and Design and the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she currently holds the position of Visiting Assistant Professor of Industrial Design at the College of Architecture.
