I work at Cooper designing products for all kinds of clients. I also teach our Interaction Design Practicum pretty frequently.
I was also lucky enough to co-author About Face 3 with Alan Cooper and Robert Reimann and am currently the Design Community Editor for ACM Interactions (so come find me if you've got an article that you've been itching to write).

All of the above, with an emphasis on knotty problems, including how to make things dead simple for consumers
Who is your favorite author or speaker about IxD?
I've recently enjoyed Bill Moggridge's and Bill Buxton's books. Jennifer Tidwell's is also indespensible.

I participated in the interaction practicum that you and Steve Calde taught in Feb 07. I can't wait to thank you in person for the tools you gave all of us in those classes!
