About: Hello,

I work for a brokerage firm that designs software to facilitate the trading process. We are focused on making the experience with the least resistance to what comes naturally for the portfolio manager, trader or compliance officer.

I used to work with rocket scientists, now I work where time is money. :> I am having a blast.

We work in an agile methodology, on 2 week iterations. I would love to hear about other people' s experiences. I have specific interests around the ideas of a design phase that is different from the development phase. This seems particularly import for new projects that are trying to determine the "right" design (not making a preconceived design better).
